The gtrace PMU can host trace components of different architectures and trace protocols, so the recorded AUX data needs to carry its format as well. Define PERF_AUX_FLAG_GTRACE_FORMAT_ETRACE for the RISC-V E-trace format which the perf tool can use to decode the payload.
