Thanks for confirming the shared block and for chasing the GRF
question with Rockchip - much appreciated.

The shared-block handling follows your suggestion - one struct phy
per PHY with a use-counted common block; the changelog there covers
the details, including why the helpers ended up as get()/put() and
why the GRF mode selects stay untouched for now.
