[PATCH v2 1/9] lib: sbi_hart: detect RISC-V Worlds ISA extensions

Add CSR definitions for RISC-V Worlds (mwid, mlwid, mlwidlist,
mwiddeleg, slwid) and detect Worlds extensions via CSR probes
in hart_detect_features().
