For both (and b4 itself), rpmlint reports that the license in the
COPYING file mentions in the copyright an outdated address for the FSF
(51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA).

It hasn't been in use for two years

And the FSF now recommends to drop the address, see
