Folks,

I've fixed the nitpicks of the last round of reviews and committed the lot
on top of 5.0 to the speck master branch. The WIP.mds branch is zapped.

Improvements etc. will go incremental on top from now on, that means the
commit ids are now stable for reference in dead kernel backports.

The stable branches are updated as well. Git bundles against 5.0, 4.20.15,
4.19.27 and 4.14.105 are attached.
