Internally, LPAIDSP Image team has created this branch to support all 
QLI and Upstream on Pakala.
The earlier branch 1.2.c1 was being shared with other SPs and we cut 
this branch to restrict code churn accordingly.
As far as 1.1.c3 is concerned we aligned with the original main branch
