NACK for now. Thanks for the patch, but I have some concerns
that need a v2:

  1. [minor] fs/ceph/caps.c:3093: Timeout constant should be a #define
  2. [minor] fs/ceph/caps.c:3144: Unrelated CEPH_FILE_MODE_MASK fix should be split out
  3. [nit] commit message: Missing Fixes: tag
