Do it only when have to do that. Now only add one macro
DW_PCIE_XILINX_CPM6_VSEC_CH_SEP to support CPM6.

The prefix "DW_PCIE_XILINX_MDB" and "DW_PCIE_XILINX_VSEC" have not bring
much information,
