[PATCH 10/31] btf_encoder: Use btf_encoder__tag_type() for all type ID computations

From: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo <[email protected]> Replace inline "encoder->type_id_off + tag_type" patterns with btf_encoder__tag_type(), which already encapsulates both the zero-check and the offset addition. Some call sites had ternary guards (tag_type == 0 ? 0 : ...) that are now handled inside the function. Two sites that use nr_entries or core_id as table indices rather than type references are left unchanged — they receive different treatment in a subsequent commit. No functional change.
