[PATCH 6/7] ecryptfs: merge ecryptfs_inode_newsize_ok into truncate_upper

Both callers of ecryptfs_inode_newsize_ok call truncate_upper right after. Merge ecryptfs_inode_newsize_ok into truncate_upper to simplify the logic.
