Yes, this test case uncovers the bug fixed by "xfs: fix exchange-range reflink flag clearing issue with INO1_WRITTEN". However, that fix is still under review on linux-xfs and has not landed in for-next / xfs-7.2-fixes yet, so there is no stable commit ID to reference.
