[kvm-unit-tests GIT PULL 00/13] s390x: stflei test, fixes and sie lib rework

We've finally accumulated enough patches for a pull/merge request:

    STFLE interpretation facility tests (Christoph & Nina)
    stsi 3.2.2 regression test (Christian)
    sie lib rework & fixes around test execution
