	No, it doesn't.  All bonding slaves are set to port priority
(Actor_Port_Priority) of 255, and bonding has no equivalent to the
max-bundle option.  The LAG selection logic described in 802.1AX 5.6.1
is not implemented, as bonding does not restrict the size of an
aggregation.
