[PATCH] alpha: Select ARCH_WANT_FRAME_POINTERS

GCC supports -fno-omit-frame-pointer on Alpha, using $15 (fp) as
the frame pointer per the ABI. This enables the FRAME_POINTER config
option, improving stack traces for debugging and profiling.
