Apologies for the confusion. The patches were intended for 
internal review before submission, but I accidentally sent the 
email to the mailing list instead of the internal recipients.

I've fixed the trivial issues and will incorporate the feedback 
in the next revision. I'll make sure the correct To/Cc list is 
included when posting the updated series.
