[PATCH v22 1/4] dt-bindings: crypto: Document support for SPAcc

Add DT bindings related to the SPAcc driver for Documentation.
DWC Synopsys Security Protocol Accelerator(SPAcc) Hardware Crypto
Engine is a crypto IP designed by Synopsys.
