OK, I've checked the files under cpu-freq/, seems that our translation
here is not that out of date (just a few commits left).

So in response to Jon, I think the changes in *this* patch is somehow
"meaningful" to me, because we won't touch these files in the near
future.

And for those files which we've already had a plan to do some job, I
agree with Jon's idea: We can simply delete these when
updating/synchronizing them.
