[PATCH 07/16] ext4: Make ext4_bio_write_folio() return void

Since the fs-layer file contents encryption implementation was removed,
ext4_bio_write_folio() now always returns 0.  Change it to return void,
and likewise for its caller mpage_submit_folio().
