[PATCH] staging: rtl8723bs: fix space before tab in rtw_recv.h

Replace space-then-tab with a single tab between field type and
name for Cfo_short and Cfo_tail in struct phy_info, matching
the alignment style used by the rest of the struct.

Verified with checkpatch.pl that the 'please, no space before
tabs' warning was present before this change and is no longer
reported after it.
