[PATCH] selftests/nolibc: stop treating skipped tests as warning

The nolibc testsuite will always have some tests which get skipped.
Due to this the full testsuite is always marked as 'warning',
even though all testcases succeeded as expected.

Stop treating skipped tests as warning.
