A user has reported that this device gets stuck in a loop where every
few seconds it will turn off and turn back on, causing audio devices
to disappear and reappear, its LED to flash, spamming dmesg, etc.
This only happens when not in use; everything is fine when the video
device is actually being used.
They also reported that using the AUTOSUSPEND quirk via module parameters
fixes the issue.
Add the device to the quirk list.
