By the way, for reference, I found this old email in this same ML which seems to describe the same problem as I'm mentioning, with the difference that I'm now seeing it running newish linux sctp kernel stack on both client+server instead of some "outdated soft/hardware that nobody knows how to configure properly, if that is at all possible". Unfortunately it got no answers AFAICT (I'm always unsure when looking at ML archives, the UIs are not the best ;) "INIT_ACK.src := INIT.dst /*for outdated clients that ignore RFC*/" https://lore.kernel.org/linux-sctp/[email protected]/T/#u -- - Pau Espin Pedrol <[email protected]> http://www.sysmocom.de/ ======================================================================= * sysmocom - systems for mobile communications GmbH * Siemensstr. 26a * 10551 Berlin, Germany * Sitz / Registered office: Berlin, HRB 134158 B * Geschaeftsfuehrer / Managing Director: Harald Welte
