Unexpected IO-APIC

I am running RedHat 7.3 on a dual P4 3.2G Xeons with 6G RAM and linux 
kernel 2.4.18-19.7.xbigmem.  This sytem is the only one report this 
IO-APIC issue and has crashed 4 times in the past 6 days.  I have searched 
all over the web trying to find replies to messages people have sent in 
regarding this issue but have found none so I am emailing hoping you can 
help.  Here is the output from dmesg, let me know if you need any more
