kernel BUG at include/asm-i386/mach-summit/mach_apic.h

Hello,
I have a HP DL760 with 8 Xeon procs in it. Is is running Redhat AS 3 with a customer 2.6 kernel. I have hyper-threading disabled in the bios. When the machine boots I see the followiing error messages about CPU 4 and don't really understand the error message. Here is an excerpt from demsg. Also the in the error the CPU lists CPU #4 but then also lists a different CPU # as not responding right before the  ------[cut here]---
line. If someone could help shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it.
