probleme

i have a big probleme with esx server

i d ont know ,why to load the vmKernel

   the message  "The VMkernel failed to load.
Please check the System Logs or a Service Console command prompt for 
possible causes. If you think your system Startup Profile may be at fault, 
click Back to reconfigure it."


please help me ,it s very important
