Fix spelling errors reported by codespell:

  susbsytem -> subsystem (amlogic,axg-sound-card, amlogic,gx-sound-card)
  vlaue     -> value     (realtek,rt1015)
  spped     -> speed     (st,sta32x)

No functional change.
