[PATCH 7/8] ASoC: Intel: catpt: Streamline runtime-variables naming

Mimic naming pattern commonly found in the ASoC code:

- 'rtd' in case of struct snd_soc_pcm_runtime
- 'runtime' in case of struct snd_pcm_runtime
