Correct the address of the HALO_SCRATCH4 entry in halo_register_defaults[]. This doesn't affect the validity of the KUnit testing because none of the tests rely on this value. It's only defaulted because cs_dsp will read it when the DSP state changes from running to stopped - this would only have logged a warning about failure to read the register but it doesn't cause anything to fail.
