Could we have __kern, just like we have __user. 

Ideally this could be used later to mark the values we don't trust, so not only
VAs but also nr_pages. In mem_protect.c e.g.

size_t pfn_range_is_valid(u64 __kern pfn, u64 __kern nr_pages) 

so that size is only trusted once pfn_range_is_valid() has run.

And beside, that matches "kern_hyp_va"
