In my testing changes in v6 and v7 didn't impact > performance and v7 should be as stable if not more stable then v5 and v6. I've literally just booted v7 so it'll take a bit to test it more. In v5/v6 I saw a bunch of these once it was running for a while, it seems to be stable though.
