The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/vma: convert miscellaneous uses of VMA flags in core mm
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-vma-convert-miscellaneous-uses-of-vma-flags-in-core-mm.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Update various uses of legacy flags in vma.c and mmap.c to the new
vma_flags_t type, updating comments alongside them to be consistent.

No functional change intended.
