[PATCH -perfbook] bib/swtools: Fix bib info of JonathanCorbet2019KCSAN

It looks like most fields were not updated when copy pasted from
JonathanCorbet2016C11atomics in memorymodel.bib.
Replace them with those of named LWN article.
