[PATCH] xen: Allow xenstored to map /proc/xen/xsd_kva

xenstored is using mmap() on /proc/xen/xsd_kva, and when the SELinux
boolean "domain_can_mmap_files" in CentOS is set to false the mmap()
call fails.
