upgrading from RH 6.0 to 6.1

I'm not sure if this made it to the Ultralinux list the first time,
so here goes for a second time.

Is it sufficient to simply freshen all of my packages from the
6.1 RPMs or do I really need to run the RH boot/install program
to upgrade?
