Current status looks like this:

- Reviewed GNU Maintainers guide.
- Reviewed GNU Savannah guide and implementation.
- Added column since we also need to express our requirements
for Savannah since it contains data for the projects.
- Wrote high level "Define security requirements for development (PO.1)"
