I've verified that I don't see this behaviour, and disabled the extensions I have which might have been interfering. Perhaps if you post - what you have for your customheaders tunable - what you have for your delheaders tunable - complete headers of one of your messages arriving at the list (that causes the strange reply behaviour) then I or others can offer suggestions. However, does it actually matter? If you have Mlmmj configured to add the Reply-To header anyway, it won't matter if it's already there from Thunderbird, will it? Smiles, Ben
