[mlmmj] list alive again

Good to see the mlmmj list awake again, Mlmmj mailinglist software works
well, the admin frontend side of things could be improved as could install
scripts. The Instructions for postfix in README.postfix as found in git
work fine for me but require a good understanding of unix perms which of
course a sysadmin should have.

The website needs some TLC for sure, updating to the current version of
Concrete Cms would be a start and the css needs to be responsive is the
site and the software to attract a younger audience.
