[mlmmj] A silly newbie question

Hi folks: I have very recently moved from mailman to mlmmj but am
having an issue I'm not sure how to fix. I am receiving spam messages
on my lists by nonmembers of the list. Do I need to place a file or
something in the control directory of the lists to only allow mail
from members?
