Hi,

maybe for the next version: integrate a altermime-like functionality
for the footer. Currently the footer is only added to text-mails, not
html or base64 encoded ones.
Using an old script and other config params (footer-text, footer-html
and footer-base64, amime-receive+altermime) I get around it for those
lists requiring a footer, but the solution should get better integrated
into mlmmj.
