No comments on this, but I also forgot to set a timeline.

Since I'll be on vacation fairly soon, how about this:

Oct. 24th: comment period ends
Oct. 25th: tentatively adopt
Nov. 3rd:  fully adopt

Unless anyone has comments, changes, etc. of course.
