Please pull the updates for the Raspberry Pi.

Updates for RPi 2026.10:

- configs: enable NVMe
- test: Add a unit test in phys_to_bus for dynamically created device nodes
- core: Skip parent device nodes without a DT reference when looking
for dma-ranges
