Enable CONFIG_DM_REBOOT_MODE and CONFIG_REBOOT_MODE_PSCI in the shared qcom_defconfig so the "reset -<mode>" command can trigger the reset modes declared under the psci "reboot-mode" device tree subnode (for example "reset -edl").
