[PATCH v3 3/5] dev-manual: Fix missing whitespace around '=' operator

According to the Whinlatter (5.3) migration guide;

  A new warning is now printed when there are no whitespaces around an '=3D=
' assignment in recipes

Fix occurrence of example verbatim applying of which would generate
such warning.
