[meta-arago][master][PATCH] packagegroup-core-tools-profile: Add bbappend to control LTTNGTOOLS

A follow on patch moves to start using pacakgegroup-core-tools-profile
to pull in valgrind, but the lttng-tools package does not build for the
legacy 32 bit TI platforms.

Add a bbappend to remove lttng-tools from the packagegroup for those
platforms.
