[meta-arago][master][PATCH 1/4] meta-arago-test: Add curl-cffi recipe

Add curl-cffi 0.14.0, a Python library for implementing curl-impersonate to
bypass TLS fingerprinting.

This package enables Python applications to impersonate browser TLS
signatures and JA3 fingerprints.

Note: Build shows deprecation warnings from curl-cffi's upstream
pyproject.toml. These do not affect functionality.
