Pending meta-arm whinlatter/5.3 tagged release

The Yocto Project has released whinlatter/5.3, as announced on the
Yocto Project mailing list:

We are planning to cut and publish the corresponding meta-arm
whinlatter/5.3 tagged release tomorrow.

The whinlatter branch on meta-arm has been available for some time and
has seen ongoing use and stabilization. Ahead of the tag being
created, this is a final call for any fixes or updates that you
believe should be included in the release.

If there has been anything merged on the meta-arm master branch since
the whinlatter fork that you would like to see included, please let us
know so that we can evaluate backporting it prior to tagging.

If there is anything you need in this release, please reply to the
list as soon as possible so we can evaluate inclusion before the tag
is created.
