[PATCH 0/3] Make corstone1000 multicore configuration platform-agnostic

Corstone-1000 SMP enablement in meta-arm is currently tied to 
FVP-specific machine features and guards.

This series switches SMP to a generic `corstone1000_smp` machine
feature and adds the TF-A and TF-M changes needed to replace FVP-only 
multicore conditionals. OP-TEE utalises the new machine feature 
through its recipe configuration.
