I wanted to drag this into this decade so I started with a walnascar build for imx6qdlsabresd, and built a core-image-minimal and that worked fine. (The build was just for proof of concept, haven't tried to install it.) But as I look at this tarball and examine ADLINK's nxp layers, the support for the lec-imx6-1 target disappears some time ago. It *seems* that I'll have to steal some of the kernel stuff from back in the Zeus layer. Yuck. My tentative plan is to just go with my current build, try to install that on the target, then see what works and what doesn't, since I'll want to use a much newer kernel. Is this the right way to go about this, given the apparent lack of support for that particular SMARC module in the newer YP releases? rday --8323329-390950463-1756897409=:2444783--
