Well, we cannot "wait".  Something has to change.  If we can't move to 
16, then someone needs to backport the 15 files from oe-core and setup 
the needed version for weston in the ti-bsp file.

I don't really care which solution we go with, but we need to do 
something to fix the breakage we have.
