Patches to improve toaster testing on the bitbake list

Hi All,

I just wanted to let people know I've just posted a 28 patch series to
improve toaster testing on the bitbake list. I didn't really want to
spam both lists with the large series.

This helps address some of the race issues we've seen on the new
autobuilder.
